2259251 - When will a job alert expire? - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Candidates can create job alerts on both: Internal and External career portals (by saving job search or from Job Management). When will the job alert expire?

Resolution

  • The job alerts expire always after 180 days. However, you can adjust this to an earlier date on the job alert page in the career site.
  • You can additionally set up a Recruiting E-Mail Trigger > Job Alert Expiration Notification which will notify the candidates that their job alert will expire in X days.

  • Candidates can additionally verify when their job alert will expire in the career portal: Job Management > Saved Searches / Alerts - the column Date expires shows the end date for the job alert.
