2259251 - Understanding Job Alert Expiration - Recruiting Management

• Candidates can create job alerts on both Internal and External career portals by saving job searches or from Job Management.
• Users may want to know when their job alerts will expire. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Log in to the Internal or External career portal.  
2. Create a job alert by saving a job search or accessing Job Management.  
3. Verify the expiration details of the job alert.  

• The job alerts expire always after 180 days. However, you can adjust this to an earlier date on the job alert page in the career site.
• You can additionally set up a Recruiting E-Mail Trigger > Job Alert Expiration Notification which will notify the candidates that their job alert will expire in X days.

• Candidates can additionally verify when their job alert will expire in the career portal: Job Management > Saved Searches / Alerts - the column Date expires shows the end date for the job alert.
