2259263 - An internal error occurred while calling 'openDocument' API. (Error: Err_WIS_30270) when scheduling web using %SI_EMAIL_ADDRESS% in TO email destination field

Symptom

When scheduling a web Intelligence report with a user account having multiple email addresses as recipient and using %SI_EMAIL_ADDRESS% in TO email destination field, the schedule fails with "An internal error occurred while calling 'openDocument' API. (Error: Err_WIS_30270)"
