Reproducing the Issue
Error occurred while importing Personal Info file.
FTP transport failed to get data file from FTP server: sftp-f.successfactors.com
Error: Caught SftpException while get 'FILENAME.csv.pgp' from ftp: sftp-f.successfactors.com
Cause
The job has recovered due to a file system issue on Dec 1 2015 on particular time. After clearing a filesystem the job was successfully completed.
Resolution
During the time we had a file system got full due to sftp has not able to place a file,After clearing the filesystem the job job completed successfully.From the Provisioning we could see after 6 min the job was completed.Actually the job has not yet failed it is auto covered and its completed.Please find the attachment .
