2259917 - Admin Center search box not working

The search box in Next Gen Admin Center is not suggesting results

• In the Next Gen Admin Center the user clicks in the "Search Tools" bar of the "Tools" portlet. The user types the name of the tool they want to search for and then the Search Tools bar does not suggest the tool the user is searching for it.

The Admin Center tools search will not suggest any tools as the "Enable Action Search" option must be enabled from Provisioning as a prerequisite

TO solve the issue please raise a case with Cloud Support or engage your partner to perform the below steps:

Log into Provisioning of the instance requires Tool Search suggestions enabled

1. Scroll down to the "Enable Action Search" option and check this

2. Scroll up to the top of Provisioning and click "Save Feature"
3. Log into the instance and Tools Search should now suggest tools when you type in the search bar
