• The Employee Referral icon / 'Refer Friend To Job' button does not display in the Internal Job Posting.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

• The Employee Referral icon and 'Refer Job to a Friend' will display when the Job is Posted both Internally & Externally.
• If the Job is posted just Internally, the icon and 'Refer Job to a Friend' will not display.
• If the Job is posted Internally, and was posted externally but the posting expired, then the icon and  'Refer Job to a Friend' will display; however, the user will get an error when trying to refer a candidate:

"This job requisition does not have an active external posting."

• The Employee Referral icon and 'Refer Job to a Friend' button will also display even if there is no value in the erpAmount field on the job requisition, as long as the job is posted both Internally and Externally.

• 'Refer Friend To Job' will ask to fill in the following information:

Note: All required fields have an asterisk (*). It is not possible to configure additional fields. The candidate will receive an email with username (the email address they were referred with) and URL for password reset. After resetting the password, the candidate will be able to apply for the job requisition as normal.
