2260013 - Web Services Navigator link not working

Symptom

  • Clicking on the Web Services Navigator link, a new window opens with the error "500 Internal Server Error"
  • The following error is written to the log file: Caused by: com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.core.DispatcherException: Deployable object sap.com/tc~esi~esp~wsnav~ui containing the requested application com.sap.esi.esp.wsnavigator.app.WSNavigator is disabled on the server.
