2260025 - Multiple Approvers are Assigned to the Opportunity Approval Task

Multiple Approvars are Assigned to the Opportunity Approval Task, however you are expecting it to be assigned to only Reporting Line Manager of the Org Unit.

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Task Distribution view.
3. Go to the Business Task Management Subview.
4. Show all items and find XYZ (XYZ represents the opportunity ID).
5. Edit the Approval Task.
6. You can find that the task is assigned to multiple approvars.

Determination of approver also depends upon the Alternative Approver concept.
If Employee Work Distribution for Opportunity Notification is defined then system tries to find out all possible alternative approver depending upon the rule defined.

You can find Opportunity Notification by following below steps:

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Task Distribution view.
3. Go to the Employee Work Distribution subview.
4. Select Opportunity Notification under Business Area: Sales & Marketing.
• Under Details: Opportunity Notification, you can find the Work Distribution Rules.
• Description: The table shows the work distribution for the selected work category. The work is assigned to each employee based on the list of rules. All rules will be evaluated, and the task will be sent to all employees that fit the requirements.
5. Edit Opportunity Notification.
6. Here you can add or modify the rule.
