2260026 - User having proxy access but unable to proxy, getting blank screen.

Symptom

  • User A has access to Proxy as User B but get blank screen while trying to Proxy;
  • Proxy is not working and a blank page is shown;

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as User A > Proxy as User B;
  2. Gets Blank Screen;

Resolution

The user A should have the Home Page Tab grated as Proxy rights. To do so, please, follow the steps below:

  1. Admin Center > Proxy Management;
  2. Under Who will act as the proxy(username): place the user A;
  3. Under What account holder will the proxy act on behalf of (username): place the user B;
  4. Grant the permission  Home Page Tab > Save
