2260508 - DSO activation fails with errors SQL3812, SQL9573 - SAP ASE for BW

Symptom

You are running SAP BW applications on SAP ASE database.

DSO activation and/or DTPs involving DSOs (during daily process chains) fail constantly with ASE Errors SQL3812 and SQL9573. This error is seen in ST22 short dumps, against Change Log Tables.

[ASE Error SQL9573][SAP][ASE ODBC Driver] [Adaptive Server Enterprise]The server failed to create or update a row in table 'XXXX' because the values of the row's partition-key columns do not fit into any of the table's partitions.
