2260850 - Item Description text appearing in English in German language

When changing locale to German, the text value is coming in English and German both.

go to LMS admin--> Item-->Add new
--> Select type of item--> OK
--> Value comes in English and german both

--> Login to LMS admin--> References--> Geography--> Labels
--> Search for label.EnterInLocale--> Click on edit button--> go to Locales
--> Search for Locale ID as German and edit the value you want.
