2260861 - How to enable the option 'Employee Data Import' under 'Action for all plans' page - Compensation & Variable Pay

How to enable the option Employee Data Import under the Action for all plans subtab.

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
• SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

There 2 options in Provisioning, under Company Settings, to be unchecked in order to display the option 'Employee Data Import':

• Effective Dated Data Platform
• Enable Effective Dated fields in Basic Import

Please raise an case with the SuccessFactors Support asking to enable this option in your instance's backend.

This option can ONLY be enabled for instances that do not have EC enabled.

Make sure you have the permission. To grant the permission,

1. go to Admin Center and search for Manage Employee Import
2. search for the user you would like to grant the permission to
3. check the Manage Employee Import checkbox and all other checkbox for target to apply
4. click Save for Selected User button to save

After saving, it is recommended to clear your browser's cookies and cache then logout and log back in to check.
