You have launched a compensation form and you have a new budget you created however that budget component does not show up
in the worksheet.

Reproducing the Issue
You setup a new configuration and you have create a new custom budget however it's not displaying in your worksheet.
Cause
If the budget is a complex formula and it has different fields to get calculated if any of the fields involved have field base permission that the planner cannot
seen(are hidden) then this budget will not display in the worksheet. Budget calculations to appear in the worksheet must have all field base permissioned to be visible.
Resolution
Ensure in your configuration that if you are using different fields to calculate the budget that they are visible in field based permissions.
