Symptom
Software Update Manager (SUM) reports the below error in the step INPUT-OS-USER-CREDENTIALS:
In the logfile <Path to SUM>/SUM/sdt/log/SUM/INPUT-OS-USER-CREDENTIALS_XX.LOG, the below error is reported:
Dec 16, 2015 4:18:33 PM [Info ]: Host <HOST1> is identified as a Windows host. Requesting SAPServiceSID credentials.
Dec 16, 2015 4:18:33 PM [Info ]: Host <HOST2> is identified as a Windows host. Requesting SAPServiceSID credentials.
Dec 16, 2015 4:18:33 PM [Info ]: Host <HOST3> is identified as a Windows host. Requesting SAPServiceSID credentials.
Dec 16, 2015 4:18:33 PM [Info ]: Host <HOST4> is identified as a Windows host. Requesting SAPServiceSID credentials.
Dec 16, 2015 4:18:33 PM [Info ]: Cluster contains instances located on a Windows host.
Dec 16, 2015 4:18:33 PM [Error ]: The following problem has occurred during step execution: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException.
