2261201 - The client information is not visible in the STMS import queue after using tp addtobuffer command

Symptom

The client information is not visible in the STMS import queue after using tp addtobuffer command with target client number specified.

Also the below warning appears as a result of the tp command.

WARN:Option 'CLIENT' ignored for command ADDTOBUFFER because CTC=FALSE.

Although the tp command ends successfully, you can find the request is added to the import queue with a blank client.
