Symptom

  • SMP Server does not start.
  • SMP Server log:

"SMPServerStatusManager: 82 of 126 tracked bundles have initialized."

  • Check the DB and this also does not start:

- Error: Nov 24 14:29:19 bssmpt01 SQLAnywhere(smp30db_te):

*** ERROR ***
