2261380 - Package redeployment fails with error: DataService deployment error: NOCLOBBER in SAP Mobile Platform 2.3 version

Symptom

When redeploying the package in SMP workspace manager, it produces the following error:
DataService deployment error: Problem initializing tables
DataService deployment error: NOCLOBBER

  1. Login to workspace manager
  2. Deploy the existing package in Update mode
  3. You can see the following error:
    DataService deployment error: Problem initializing tables
    DataService deployment error: NOCLOBBER
