2261401 - JSchException: Auth fail SFTP timeout error

SFTP connection time out error while running connector: Problem connecting to SFTP Server. Please check your FTP Connection Settings.

• This is due to connection getting timed out when Connector is trying to connect to SFTP server.
• Note: "com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Auth fail" doesn't always indicate issue with authentication. It could be caused for other reasons such as the connection timing out.

Enable the settings under System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > Connectors:

#Indicates input file fetching retry settings
#Set the connector to retry fetching of input files
connector.input.file.fetch.retry.enable=true
