Symptom

SAP Lumira gives "Invalid username or password." or "authorization error" connecting to ESRI

HIGH trace logs in 1.29.3 show the following entry

XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://mtl-hq-d141.cn.ca/ArcGIS/rest/services/Maps/RTBI_WFS/FeatureServer/26.

No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

Origin 'http://127.0.0.1:64951' is therefore not allowed access.

The response had HTTP status code 503.", source: http://127.0.0.1:64951/h5v2/index.html?securityToken=3b22d418c7be&locale=en (0)

Environment

SAP Lumira 1.29.3 and earlier

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Start SAP Lumira
  2. Click File | Preferences > Geo Map Service
  3. Check "Use this account (*):
  4. Enter Use Name and Password
  5. Click "Done"
  6. Create a new SAP Lumira document
  7. Click the Geographic Charts dropdown and select "Geo Map"
  8. Notice the error

Cause

SAP Lumira Development and ESRI Development are investigating the cause

Resolution

Unfortunately there is no resolution at this time. SAP and ESRI are investigating.
