Symptom
SAP Lumira gives "Invalid username or password." or "authorization error" connecting to ESRI
HIGH trace logs in 1.29.3 show the following entry
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://mtl-hq-d141.cn.ca/ArcGIS/rest/services/Maps/RTBI_WFS/FeatureServer/26.
No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
Origin 'http://127.0.0.1:64951' is therefore not allowed access.
The response had HTTP status code 503.", source: http://127.0.0.1:64951/h5v2/index.html?securityToken=3b22d418c7be&locale=en (0)
Environment
SAP Lumira 1.29.3 and earlier
Reproducing the Issue
- Start SAP Lumira
- Click File | Preferences > Geo Map Service
- Check "Use this account (*):
- Enter Use Name and Password
- Click "Done"
- Create a new SAP Lumira document
- Click the Geographic Charts dropdown and select "Geo Map"
- Notice the error
Cause
SAP Lumira Development and ESRI Development are investigating the cause
Resolution
Unfortunately there is no resolution at this time. SAP and ESRI are investigating.
