2261504 - Unable to add OmniChannel Banking Feature in SMP

Symptom

When enabling an OmniChannel Banking Feature in SMP, the feature never appears to be added and errors similar to the following are written to the smp-server-log:

  Unable to write to repository: file:/D:/SAP/MobilePlatform3/Server/.
  An error occurred copying file D:\SAP\MobilePlatform3\Server\p2\com.sap.banking.omnichannel.repository\plugins\com.sap.banking.provisioning_8.3.0.5.jar.
