2261651 - Double space issues in the email on WebClient UI

Symptom

  • When a user copy and paste the contents onto the editor (BTF or Rich Text Editor) on WebClient UI, users are seeing double space in between lines.
  • After implement 2197017, users are still seeing double spacing added onto BTF editor in the second paste text.
