Symptom

In program DMS_RELOCATE_CONTENT, when a user tries to move documents from Content Server to
Archive Server (Opentext) the system displays the following message:
"Error while checking out: xxx/xxxx/xxx/xx" (Document Info Record - DIR) - Message No. 26254
