2261704 - Questionnaire Survey associate with Item does not launch on My Learning Assignments

When a Questionnaire Survey associated with an Item does not launch from the Users' My Learning Assignments tile

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Evaluation Synchronization has been scheduled weekly and Completion status has been configured including learning events with the completion status.
2. Admin assigned Item to users without associating Questionnaire Survey.
3. Admin made recorded learning action for the users after the training done.
4. Admin created Questionnaire Survey and associated with the item.
   
   Assign > 200 days from the Item completion
   Allow > 30 days to complete
   
   
5. Questionnaire Survey is not being launched even after 200 days later
   
   

The survey hasn't been associated with item before admin recording the learning.

Questionnaire Survey should be associated to the item before recording learning.

Hence it's expected system behavior which is not launching the questionnaire survey.
