2261997 - RFC_NO_AUTHORITY dump for user SAPSYS and function AMDP_CLEANUP_DO

Symptom

The SAP system has been upgraded to NetWeaver 7.4.

RFC_NO_AUTHORITY dumps started to be raised at every five minutes or so.

The dump indicates the user to be SAPSYS, client 000 and the affected function module is "AMDP_CLEANUP_DO".
