2262329 - CMS logon window keeps popping up - BPC NW 7.5

Symptom

  • You are using  CMS authentication to log on to BPC. When you log on to BPC Excel client, after a certain period of time(e.g. 10 minutes), you notice that CMS logon window pops up again and again. 
  • In the fiddler log, you can see a request named KeepAlive.asmx.
  • You tried to adjust the timeout parameters in the CMS server side, but didn't work.
