Standard Dashboard Filters in Succession (MDF with EC) has missing filters

This issue affects the following Dashboard Tiles:

• Most Nominated Successor (MDF with EC)
• Positions by Max Successor Readiness (MDF with EC)
• Successor Readiness (MDF with EC)
• Successors by Role, Stacked by Readiness (MDF with EC)

 

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Dashboards > Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files > Add From SuccessStore
   
   
2. Click on Fiters > its blank:
   
   

Caused by missing settings in the backend that needs to be checked for Customers that use Succession (MDF with EC) Dashboards

Internal (accessible only to Partners and Support). Please raise an case to support to have this enabled in the back end.

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Search for Enable Succession Position Pill under "Analytics and Dashboard Tabs & Misc Reporting" hit save.
3. Clear browser cache
4. Login back to the instance and add again the Succession (MDF with EC Dashboard) from Success store.
5. If filters are Successfully loaded, it should look like this. No other filters will be available aside from what is provided in the screenshot below:
