• When you manually add a request to the import queue of a system, you get error "Transport control program tp ended with error code 0247"

• Alternatively you may get the following error when you use tp command:

  Addtobuffer failed for <TR>.
  Neither datafile nor cofile exist (cofile may also be corrupted).
