Symptom

  • Create an RFx which is configured for Two-Envelope RFx Response processing. If the Technical RFx Response Opening Date has been passed, no emails are sent to the technical evaluators
  • This happens if SRM_701_SIMULTANEOUS_LOGON customizing switch is inactive
