When some metrics in the Introscope Webview, sometimes the access fails with the following error:

HTTP ERROR 500
Problem accessing /webview/explorer/view.do. Reason:
 
INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR
 
Caused by:
java.lang.NullPointerException
