2263597 - "Error in Local Message System: No RFC authorization for function module DNO_OW_CR Message was Not Created" - Managed system

Symptom

  • Creating incident from Satellite/ Managed system gives the following error:
    "Error in Local Message System: No RFC authorization for function module DNO_OW_CR Message was Not Created
    Message No. BCOS088"

  • In SOLMAN System, the following dump showing up in ST22 at the same time:
    “Category               Installation Errors
    Runtime Errors         RFC_NO_AUTHORITY


    Transaction......... "SM59"
    Call Program........."SAPLBCOS"
    Function Module..... "DNO_OW_CREATE_NOTIFICATION"
    Call Destination.... "SM_<SOLMAN SID>CLNT<SOLMAN Client>_BACK"

    No RFC authorization for function module "DNO_OW_CREATE_NOTIFICATION".


    The user "<User maintained for BACK RFC>" in the client <CLIENT> attempted to execute the function module
    "DNO_OW_CREATE_NOTIFICATION" from the function group "DNO_OW_SAP", but does not have the appropriate RFC authorization.


    Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLDNO_OW_SAP" - in "SYSTEM-EXIT".
    The main program was "SAPMSSY1 ".


    In the source code you have the termination point in line 0
    of the (Include) program " ".”
