If Admin has view only workflow for any of the related entities its not clickable because by default you are in Edit mode.
Resolution
If you have view only workflow and want to access those related entities you have to click "Access all sections in view mode" link in any of the edit pages as you see below. Then, all the related entities will turn into clickable menus.
