Symptom

  • SAP BI Mobile configuration properties do not show up on the CMC user interface after installation or patching.
  • This can be seen in some clustered environments with multiple Management (CMS), Processing and Web Tier Servers typically after install or patching as shown below.

  • In the snapshot above, "SAP BusinessObjects Mobile" application is missing "Properties" option without which mobile configuration is not possible by BI Administrators using the CMC.
  • What needs to be done for SAP BI Mobile to work properly ?
