2264905 - Add Button is Not Available to Add Product Under Products Tab in Promotion

Symptom

There is no option to add a product under the Products tab in Promotion. The Products tab screen is blank

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales Campaign work center.
  2. Go to the Promotion View.
  3. Open XYZ Promotion XYZ (XYZ represents the Promotion ID).
  4. Go to the Products tab.

The screen is blank. There is no option to add a product.

Cause

The Product Planning Basis field in the header screen is empty in Promotion.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Sales Campaign work center.
  2. Go to the Promotion View.
  3. Open XYZ Promotion.
  4. Go to the Products tab.
  5. Select Edit.
  6. Select a value for the product in the Product Planning Basis field in the header screen.

Then you will get the Add option to add a product under the Products tab.
