2266806 - To verify what version of offline player installed on user machine

This guide shows how to find the version of offline player installed on a Windows user machine. 

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

Finding the Learning Offline Player installed version is challenging because there is no 'About' menu.

The only way is to get it from the Installion logs. Steps:

1. On user machine go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SuccessFactorsLearningOffline\.install4j folder
2. open file 'installation.log' with a text editor (we recommend Notepadd++),
3. scroll down at the end of the file, you'll find 'plateauofflineversion' (you can serach for keyword 'plateauofflineversion'') with the version number (ex:b1511.1 from below screenshot).
