2267636 - Interview Scheduling - Application error or Interview Scheduling error occurs while trying to delete an interview - Recruiting Management

An Application error/Interview Scheduling error "Delete Email Template Not configured" occurs when trying to delete an interview in the Interview Scheduling process.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting --> Interview Scheduling
2. Delete an interview

4. Or also an alert "Delete Email Template Not configured" as shown below:
   
   

1. The email template for 'Interview Delete Notification' is not configured properly (which is evident in the screenshot).
2. 'Interview Delete Notification' is disabled in Recruiting Email Triggers.

'Interview Delete Notification' is required for Interview Scheduling. It is a notification to all participants (Candidate, Interviewer, Interview Organizer) when an assigned user deletes an interview.

Please configure the email template for 'Interview Delete Notification' in Recruiting Email Triggers and get rid of this Interview Scheduling error/Application error.
