A SELECT query on one table with a combination of 3 conditions and with a CMP index would cause non-fatal failure in vpp::CreateShadow.
The table has a CMP index.

The SELECT would succeed if:

• one the 3 conditions is removed.
• or the CMP index is removed
• or add the LF index suggested by the index advisor.
