Environment

SuccessFactors Business Execution Suite - Compensation & Variable Pay

Cause

This is the expected behavior.

Individual Percent = 0.3333% = 0.003333. So its real value is 0.003333 (6 decimals), but it will be formatted with 4 decimals as 0.0033 (0.33%).

Resolution

The real value is 0.003333 (6 decimals), so you need to change the Number Format to 6 decimals as well (e.g. #,##0.00####).

Design w

Then the Variable Pay form will save the value with 4 decimals - as expected.
