Receiving the attached error when accessing Plateau Staging on my mobile device.
Environment
-SuccessFactors LMS
-Learning Management System
Reproducing the Issue
Try to login to the mobile device to check on the nehavior and observe if the error message is being thrown or not.
Cause
In LMS ADMIN SIDE i.e. Admin > System Admin > Configuration > User Settings, "User Interface Display" was set as "Flash-based legacy" which is deprecated and would not work on apple devices. It should be set as "Recommended".
Resolution
In LMS ADMIN SIDE i.e. Admin > System Admin > Configuration > User Settings, "User Interface Display" was set as "Flash-based legacy" which is deprecated and would not work on apple devices.
It should be switched to "Recommended" and then it should work fine.
