2268264 - Error: You do not have a valid license to use SAP Lumira server for BI Platform. VIS 00074 and HDB 05416

Symptom

  • Access Lumira document through the BI Platform Central Management Server (CMC) results in the following errorerror:

There was an error opening this document.  You do not have a valid license to use SAP Lumira server for BI Platform. Contact your Administrator.

  • When attempting to save the document from Lumira Client to the BI Platform, as any user to any location, the following error appears in the Lumira client:
An error occurred while saving the Lumira document to the BI platform. The error code is: VIS 00074. The error message is: You do not have a valid license to use SAP Lumira, server for BI Platform. Contact your administrator. (HDB 05416)

  •  In the Lumira Business Objects server logs (with tracing enabled) the following message appears when attempting to open the document in BI Launchpad:
license expired or invalid, Please contact you administrator
