2268605 - SUM Error : DVD "NW750_MID" Required in EXTRACTKRN_PRE or READDATA_EXP Phase

During an Upgrade using SUM tool you get the following Error :

"DVD NW750_MID" Required in PREP_INPUT_CHECK/EXTRACTKRN_PRE or PREP_INPUT_CHECK/READDATA_EXP phase" or

"Correct DVD Numbers for Netweaver 7.5 Upgrade Export"

Detail Symptom 1 : 

During upgrade system to NW 7.5, SUM stops on phase PREP_INPUT_CHECK/EXTRACTKRN_PRE phase, asking for NW750_MID DVD

You've provided the path to folder with Kernel release 7.45, however SUM still stops in the same step.
