2268768 - Lumira Desktop error: Logon Failed, when logging on to BI Platform

Symptom

  • BI Platform Administrator used the BI Platform Central Management Console to create users with access to SAP Lumira.
  • The user is created with the setting "Change Password at First Logon".
  • The user is able to initially logon to the BI Platform from SAP Lumira.
  • During subsequent logon attempts, the error "Logon Failed" is be thrown and the account is disabled.
