2268791 - Java engine is unable to start: incorrect Keyphrase

Symptom

The Java engine will not start after a system copy with the following exceptions in the default trace files and std_serverX.out file:

ERROR => Java node 'server0' terminated with exit code 2150.

Caused by: com.sap.engine.frame.core.configuration.ConfigurationException: Internal error during the decryption process.
at com.sap.engine.core.configuration.impl.security.Crypter.decryptBytes(Crypter.java:179)
....
Caused by: javax.crypto.BadPaddingException: Invalid PKCS#5 padding length: 253

Or in case the Secure Store is using a newer encryption algorithm, the following error can appear when starting a service:

Caused by: com.sap.security.core.server.secstorefs.DecryptionFailedException: security.class_secStoreFS_0060

NB: But the key phrase from the original system is available.
