2269100 - Inserting a member with "At Selected Cell" position in "EPM Insert Member" changes the Row Axis Dimension selection to static in EPM Add-In

Symptom

When inserting a member via "EPM Insert member" function with "At a Selected Cell" option in the middle of the report (in the middle of the axis), changing the EPM Context from a member to another will result in the loss of the inserted content and the selection for row dimension members becomes static.
