2269406 - Unexpected exception while creating logical ports / User Experience Monitoring Application not loading successfully.

• When executing the activities under 'Configure Automatically' section for SOLMAN_SETUP  / Application Operations /  User Experience (EEM), the following activities fail with these error messages:
  
  
• Actvity 'Create Logical Ports'
  
  Unexpected exception while creating logical ports
  MAI_EEM_WS_CONF/CLIENT=<NUM>;SYSTEM_ID=<SID>; Item does not exist
  
   
  
  
• Activity 'Create Web Service Notification User'
  
  CX_EEM_EXCEPTION exception while setting web service notification user
  An error occurred when determining the business system (COMMUNICATION_ERROR)
  
  
  
  
• Accessing Fiori Launchpad / System Monitoring Group / User Experience Monitoring tile application loads reporting errors.
