2269652 - Hyperlinks defined in object notes may be incorrect - SAP PD 16.5.5.4

• Hyperlinks defined in object notes may be incomplete in SAP PowerDesigner Web which loads an incorrect page.
• If the full url contains an anchor to jump a specific location, the #anchor tag is removed and it loads the main page.
  Example: http://host.com/page.html#A loads http://host.com/page.html in PD Web.
• If the full url does not start with the http prefix but www, it displays: "HTTP Status 404 - Resource could not be found!"
  Example: www.site.com loads http://host:3030/powerdesigner-web/resources/www.site.com in PD Web.
• These hyperlink examples work fine in PD client.
