2269891 - Unable to launch any job from SAP Data Services 4.2 SP6 with SAP SQLAnyWhere repository database

Symptom

When launching any job on SAP Data Services 4.2 SP6 with SQLAnyWhere as repository database, the following error message is appearing :

(14.2) 01-15-16 11:50:16 (R) (0160:9824) CON-120307: Initialization
                                                     ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> to connect database <DS4_REPO> failed with error: <[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source
                                                     name not found and no default driver specified>. Use the ODBCDriverSelector (Windows) or DSConnectionManager.sh (UNIX) utility
                                                     in LINK_DIR/bin to configure the correct version of the driver. If the problem still exists after selecting the correct version
                                                     of the driver, notify Customer Support.

                                                     ODBC call <*****> to connect database <DS4_REPO> failed with error: <*****>. Use the ODBCDriverSelector (Windows) or
                                                     DSConnectionManager.sh (UNIX) utility in LINK_DIR/bin to configure the correct version of the driver. If the problem still
                                                     exists after selecting the correct version of the driver, notify Customer Support. This message contains some internal system
                                                     details which have been hidden for security. If you need to see the full contents of the original message, ask your
                                                     administrator to assign additional privileges to your account.
