Symptom

  • Custom Process created
  • I-9 panels appearing when disabled
  • Need to create a new wizard for Custom Process New Employee Step

Environment

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0

Resolution

You will need access to Onboarding and Super Admin

  1. Navigate to Onboarding 1.0 
  2. Select the Onboarding 1.0 drop-down and select Settings
  3. Select the Panels tab and select Onboarding Process
  4. Open the New Employee Step and highlight the panels.
  5. Click the copy Wizard
    ''

  6. Navigate to Super Admn
  7. Select the process option and in here Select step 2 of the custom process.
  8. Select your new wizard from the dropdown

  9. If the I-9 Feature is turned off for this Process the panels will not appear
