Symptom
- When downloading attach documents in Service Manager there are no errors
- The /SYCLO/ADMIN Push Monitoring screen shows the attach documented (push) created but does not complete
- The download of the attach documents is not working or it is not being transferred from SAP CRM to the mobility device
- The download of attach documents only works if the file is smaller than 1 MB or smaller than an X size (For example: All files less than 9MB works but anything greater does not work)
