Symptom

After successfully initiating onboarding, unable to locate candidate in work queue. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

  1. Go to Onboarding
  2. Search for Associate
  3. Make sure to check under all Onboarding/Custom Process tabs

If you are still unable to locate candidate create an case for Cloud Support to assist.
