2270669 - NOTES attachment in UI5 Employee Profile disappears

Symptom

In UI5 Employee Profile application, NOTES are added by the manager for a certain employee along with an attachment.
When navigating to NOTES under Employee Profile again, the added note exists but the attachment is missing.
