SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting -> Candidates
2. Unable to locate search criteria "Gender"

Gender is a special standard field and due to the legalities around discriminatory hiring it will not appear under search criteria

This is an expected behavior and even customizing the candidate profile template will not show it in search criteria due to the discriminatory hiring.
